Character is a set of personal traits that produce certain emotions, create motivations, and guide individual conduct. Character education is the implicit and explicit activities that help people develop personal strengths called virtues. 

Moral, civic and intellectual virtues that make up person's character can 100% be learnt and taught. The reason that that we want to be virtuous is that it leads to human flourishing. 

The time that your process will take depends on the complexity of your goals and your commitment and openness to your process. The ladder program is an 8-module program designed to be completed over a series of weeks.
